Credit card and billing details

ScribTeX does not store your credit card or billing details. Your details are only held with Paypal via your own Paypal account.

Support desk

We use a third party help desk provided by Zendesk for our support area. You email address is passed to Zendesk when you visit the support area.

We use Google Analytics to monitor users' usage of the service. This information is used to help improve the service.
